Apenify offers software products focused on knowledge lifecycle management enabling you to capture, share and collaborate across key programs, projects and events.

When you register as a new user with Aspenify you will recieve a confirmation email from Aspenify Support. Please check the Social and Promotions folders if you use gmail and check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the confirmation email.

Contact us at support@aspenify.com if you need additional help.

Its okay if you forgot your password. You can reset it by selecting the “reset Password” link on the login screen. Be sure to enter the same email address that you used when you first registered for your Aspenify account.

A new password will be emailed out to you from Aspenify Support.

Check your junk folder and if you use gmail, look in your social and promotion foldersfor emails from no-reply or support.

Verify that you are using the same email address that you originally registered for Aspenify with and are submitting a password reset for.
Passwords are case sensitive, please also verify the usual suspects, CAPS LOCK and Num Lock if you use a key pad. If you continue to have an issue – please contact support@aspenify.com for assistance.

Reset your password by selecting the ” I forgot my password ” link on the login screen.

We make it easy to share your feedback directly from within the Aspenify app.
Select the ? or HELP feature at the bottom left inside the Aspenify Application.

This will bring up the option to discover more info on a topic through tutorials or to submit feedback or bug reports directly from the app.

Aspenify system status is viewable to registered users. You will need an approved recon login to view this info.

If you need to report an issue and do not have access, please request access from your personal Aspenify rep or email support@aspenify.com with information about your request.

If you have been granted Early Access to the Aspenify Knowledge Suite you will be able to log in from the Aspenify.com Home Page. Please refer to your Welcome Email for your credentials.

If you have not been assigned privileges or need password assistance, please Book a Demo or reach out to your Aspenify Liaison or review the FAQ for tips and tricks to reset your password.

We are currently working with our Beta User community to write and define our Anti-harrassment Policy. Aspenify is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

This code of conduct applies to all Aspenify spaces, including our Forums, Workspaces, Playbooks, mailing lists and workshops both online and off. Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the RESPONSE TEAM.

Some Aspenify spaces may have additional rules in place, which will be made clearly available to participants. Participants are responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules.
